How to Enroll

After a new student is accepted to Hogan Preparatory Academy:
Congratulations on your acceptance to Hogan Preparatory Academy! You will now need to complete an enrollment packet for the school that you will be attending. Enrollment packets can be printed off from our website, or they can be picked up at any of our schools or the district office. 
Once you have completed the enrollment packet:
Return the completed packet, along with all required documentation, to the school that your student(s) will be attending. Addresses/Contact Information to any of the Hogan Preparatory Academy schools can be found here
Required Enrollment Documents List:
 -    Proof of Residency (current utility bill or mortgage/lease agreement all within 30 days)
 -    Current student immunization records
 -    Student Birth Certificate
 -    Parent/Guardian must provide a valid form of photo identification (driver's license, state issued photo ID, military ID, US passport, etc)

The returning student re-enrollment window begins December 3rd. To hold a student’s spot for the upcoming school year,
a re-enrollment packet must be returned to your child’s current school.

Reserving a space for your child for the upcoming school year is contingent upon the completion of a re-enrollment contract and other requested documentation.

Please contact the school directly if you have not received a re-enrollment packet.
