Students in Foster Care
Hogan Preparatory Academy is dedicated to helping all of its students, including those in foster care. The Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) ensures the educational stability of students in foster care.
Foster Care
Defined as placement by the Children’s Division of a student into 24-hour out-of-home care, away from his/her parents or guardians.
