Hogan Prep Academy High School has a rich tradition in athletics including multiple state championships as well multiple athletes playing at the collegiate and professional level. In accordance with the Hogan Preparatory Academy School Board and the Missouri State High School Activities Association, we promote good sportsmanship and the learning of life skills through competitive sports. Hogan Preparatory Academy High School offers volleyball, football, cheer squad, basketball, and track. We encourage all students to come out and take advantage of the opportunity to enjoy the Hogan Ram’s sport experience.

Letter from the Athletic Director

Welcome to Hogan Preparatory Athletics, Home of the Rams.

The Hogan Preparatory Academy Athletic Department offers multiple MSHSAA sponsored sports both at the high school and middle school levels. These programs play a major role in teaching our young men and women the needed life skills for future success. Hogan student-athletes will learn the importance of integrity, perseverance, and team work as well as understand the sacrifices needed to have a competitive edge both inside and outside the athletic arena.    

Here at Hogan we will always strive for excellence through competition and understand the importance of being involved in the community as good role models.  

Our athletic staff understands the importance of providing a family atmosphere through support and caring while stressing the hard work needed to be highly competitive. The support and care we provide mixes with the challenges we confront our Student-athletes to give them the tools needed to reach their academic and athletic potential. 

Thank you to all of the Ram Fam past and present for creating and continuing the great athletic tradition of the Hogan Rams. I truly believe and live by the motto “Once a Ram, always a Ram.”

Many students have left Hogan Prep with college athletic scholarships. Athletic scholarships can be a tricky road to walk, but here at Hogan Prep we will work with both the parents and students to help advise you on the best road for you and your future endeavors.
