Why Giving Matters
As a public charter school, Hogan Preparatory Academy receives funding from state and local tax revenue. These funds, however, don’t support the full scope of Hogan Prep’s student services, academic and athletic activities, clubs, and other enrichment opportunities. In an environment of decreased state funding, providing these services and opportunities is becoming even more difficult.
We rely on the support of Hogan families, the local community, and local businesses to help us close those gaps, ensuring our ability to provide a high quality education experience for all of our students. Your gifts of time and money help us meet the ongoing needs of our diverse student population. We are humbled and grateful for the support we receive and everything it allows us to do for our students.
Fund-A-Need
Taxpayer funds meet the annual operating expenses of Hogan Preparatory Academy. However, we are continually engaging our community to supplement the costs of the additional programs that benefit our student population. These funds allow us to provide additional services and promote a level of excellence beyond what is possible from public funding alone.
